Every Anti Fragile piece is created with intention and care.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to assist within the guidelines below.

Eligibility

Returns or exchanges may be requested within 48 hours of delivery.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition
  • With all tags and packaging intact
Not eligible for return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale, archive, markdown, or final-sale pieces
  • Gift cards
  • Accessories
  • Customized or altered items

If you receive an incorrect item or suspect a manufacturing defect, you must notify the team within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs for review.

Return/Exchange process
  • For returns or exchanges, please email us at [info@antifragilecompany.in] within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and request details.
  • Requests reviewed within 2–3 business days
  • The reverse shipping fees is borne by the customer
  • Inspection takes 3–5 working days
  • Exchanges dispatched or return approved
  • Store credit issued within 48 hours of approval

You will receive updates at each stage.

Exchanges

Eligible within 48 hours of delivery

  • Can be processed for the same or higher value
  • Exchanged pieces are not eligible for further return
  • All exchanges are subject to availability
Returns & store credit

Refunds are not issued.

Approved returns are provided as store credit only.

  • The reverse shipping fees is borne by the customer
  • Store credit valid for 6 months
  • Credit issued after inspection and approval
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Non-returnable conditions

Returns will not be accepted if items show:

  • Signs of wear
  • Makeup stains or fragrance
  • Damage after delivery
  • Missing tags or packaging

Anti Fragile reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these standards.

If declined, the item will be returned to you.

Offline / pop-up purchases

Exchange only within 48 hours of purchase

  • Items must be unused, tagged, and accompanied by the original receipt
  • Exchanges subject to availability
  • Sale or customized items not eligible
Additional information
  • Minor colour variations may occur due to screen settings or fabric processes
  • Products purchased through third-party retailers are not eligible
  • Excessive or suspicious returns may be declined
  • Requests initiated beyond 7 days will not be accepted
